The War Memorial Working Group is delighted to confirm that an amazing total of £14,790.25 has been raised. The Working Group would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended, organised and supported fundraising events – this achievement is down to you.
As a result, in addition to the renovation of the War Memorial, the Working Group are also looking to renovate the World War II memorial church gates and stone plaque.
The renovation of the War Memorial will be progressed over the coming months, with a view to completion by Remembrance Sunday in November 2023.
